Donate to the Aanischaaukamikw Cree Cultural Institute through the Eenou-Eeyou Community Foundation.
Aanischaaukamikw would like to thank the Cree and non-Cree visionaries who have supported the development of a Cree regional museum and cultural centre to preserve, study, and share our traditional ways and our language. The “Sharing the Ways” campaign raised $25.6 million, and enable the Aanischaaukamikw Cree Cultural Institute to be built, equipped, and endowed.
Your vision and determination have enabled Aanischaaukamikw to see the light of day, especially the Cree Elders who understood and patiently explained the importance of protecting our ways and our language in the face of rapid change in our society and economy.
We thank all of the Cree and non-Cree donors to the Aanischaaukamikw: Sharing the Ways fundraising campaign. Your generosity has allowed us to turn the dream of our elders into reality and to share our ways with the world.
